…thanks to voters who approved the library’s first ever 0.8 mill levy in 2010.

Now, the library is seeking a renewal of the current levy for  a period of 6 years on the November 4 ballot.

Renewal = Not a new tax. The levy will collect the same amount it does now.

The levy accounts for 42% of the library’s operating budget, its passage is essential to:

    • Keep the library the library open to serve the community.
    • Continue to buy new books, audiobooks, eBooks, large print books.
    • Offer the services the community demands such as story times, early literacy support, educational classes, and job search support.

Keep our library strong and vital.

Vote For the Library November 4th!
